Returns and refunds policy

Order cancellation

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid for and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it is no longer possible to cancel your order.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our number one priority.
Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment of the products you ordered if: you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (7 days from the time of order confirmation), you receive the wrong item, or you do not want the product you received (but you must return the item at your own expense and the item must be unused).
Return shipping costs vary depending on the shipping company you use and can range from €4 to €9. We do not issue refunds if: your order does not arrive due to factors under your control (e.g., providing the wrong shipping address) your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g., delay due to a natural disaster) .

If you have been approved for a refund, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 7 days of approval.

Exchanges

If for any reason you wish to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing, you must first contact us and we will guide you through the steps. Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
